King's HorseAt the Epsom Derby Emily Wilding Davison ran out into the derby in efforts to put a women's rights sash around the king's horse. Herbert Jones raced the King's horse (Anmer) in the Epsom Derby. Luckily, the horse and jockey recovered. It is unfortunate that Emily did not survive due to a skull fracture.

Women got the same rights as men, such as the right to vote. Emily Wilding Davison made an impact in that decision. Women also got more freedoms, such as the right to work. It costed Emily Wilding Davison's life in order to get women's rights in our world today.
